Shipping policy

Minori ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii from our California-based warehouse, and to Canada from our Montreal-based warehouse. No customs duties will apply to any US or Canadian orders. We can not accept orders that are billed and shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.

 

Return policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Reach out to support@minoribeauty.com with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest. We would love to know the reason for your return so we can work on improving our products and service. Please note that once a refund is initiated it can take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
