Foolproof False Lash Look
The formula is a bit drier than most other mascaras on the market, but this actually makes it foolproof in a way. It does take a bit longer to build up, but with the brush, you can really take your time to build the length and volume you desire without any clumps. It's the perfect mascara for a false lash look without making your lashes look like spider legs.

Easy and lightweight!
I love this mascara! It adds the perfect amount of length, volume, and definition without being heavy or clumpy. It lasts all day despite being so easy to remove. "Au Naturale"
I have a drawer full of mascara because I keep hoping that one of them will be the one. I tried Minori on a whim as a tester and I absolutely love it. I can feel the brush gripping my lashes. It is a thin brush so it doesn’t dump a ton on my lashes at any one time which makes it buildable. I don’t wear a ton of makeup and love to have full lashes so this is the perfect au naturale mascara option. Most importantly, it doesn’t irritate my eyes after having it on for more than a few hours.

Inspiration for "Mother of Lashes" 'Mascara
I wanted to create a mascara that truly honors our most expressive feature—our eyes. Like all of Minori’s essentials, it had to highlight the beautiful lashes your mama gave you—while making them look thicker, longer, and stronger.
I searched for the perfect brush—small, flexible, precise. One that would not pick up too much product and would comb through every single lash without ever clumping. A natural formula that would be gentle on my eyes, that strengthened my eyelashes over time, wouldn’t flake throughout the day, and be easy to remove at night. A mascara that made my lashes look beautiful… but still real.
Three years and hundreds of iterations later, we made it. I could not be more excited to introduce Mother of Lashes.

1. Is it waterproof?
Our mascara is not officially waterproof, but it does have water-resistant properties thanks to a blend of natural waxes and resins. It holds up well against humidity and light moisture but is not designed for swimming or heavy exposure to water. The plus side? It’s easier to remove at the end of the day without tugging on your lashes!
2. Is it tubbing?
Our mascara is not a tubing mascara—and that’s intentional! Many tubing mascaras rely on acrylates copolymers and other plastic-based film formers to create the “tubes” around each lash. When washed off, these polymer-based tubes break down into tiny particles that can enter waterways, contributing to microplastic pollution. Instead, we use a blend of natural waxes (Carnauba, Candelilla, and Sunflower Wax) and plant-based resins to create definition and hold—without the use of synthetic plastic polymers. The result? Lashes that stay soft and flexible instead of stiff or brittle, and a formula that’s gentle to remove.
3. Does this mascara provide volume, length, or both?
This mascara is designed to enhance your natural lashes, giving them a longer, more defined, and healthy look—without excess bulk or a heavy, dramatic effect. It provides both length and volume, but leans more toward definition and separation, making your lashes look naturally fuller and stronger.
The result? A “your lashes but better” finish that elegantly highlights what’s already there, making your lashes look effortlessly beautiful.
4. Does this mascara smudge or flake?
Our mascara is designed to be exceptionally low-flake and smudge-resistant, outperforming many traditional formulas. Through a year of testing, we’ve found that it flakes far less than most mascaras on the market—thanks to a combination of smart formulation and brush design.
✔ Minimal Flaking – Unlike heavy, wet mascaras that overload the lashes and cause product to shed throughout the day, our precision brush ensures just the right amount of mascara is applied—coating each lash without excess bulk. Less excess = less flaking.
✔ Drier, Smudge-Resistant Formula – Our formula is wax-based (Carnauba, Candelilla, and Sunflower Wax) with Shorea Robusta Resin, which helps the mascara set quickly and resist smudging. Because it’s not overly wet, it stays put rather than transferring onto your top lid, a common issue with richer, more emollient mascaras.
